Síndrome compartimental de muslo y lesión de Morel-Lavallée

RESUMEN

Las lesiones graves de los tejidos blandos en los pacientes con trauma de alta energía suelen ser subdiagnosticados. Se consideran verdaderas emergencias quirúrgicas que, de no diagnosticarse y tratarse tempranamente, condicionan una elevada morbilidad y mortalidad. Se reporta el caso de un paciente que participó en un trauma de alta energía y que desarrolló un síndrome compartimental de muslo asociado a una lesión de Morel-Lavallée. Se reporta el abordaje terapéutico realizado y el resultado obtenido.
