Observaciones generales para interpretación de la guía:
• Todos los fármacos del grupo se consideran contraindicados durante embarazo y lactancia (los inhibidores de la neuraminidasa pueden ser utilizados siempre y cuando el beneficio supere los efectos teratógenos sobre el feto).
• Según el Centro de Control de Enfermedades (CDC) no es necesaria la confirmación virológica de cada paciente para iniciar el tratamiento antiviral.
• Inhibidores de neuraminidasa (Oseltamivir y Zanamivir).
• Bloqueadores de los canales iónicos, Adamantanos (Amantadina y Rimantadina).
• Análogo nucleósido (Ribavirina).
