Síntesis de la queja
El paciente presentó una queja en contra del hospital demandado, refiriendo que por sangrado y dificultad para la micción, acudió en varias ocasiones al Servicio de Urgencias, donde se le diagnosticó hematuria macroscópica y se indicaron calmantes, sin solucionar su patología, por ello asistió a un hospital privado donde fue operado por tumor vesical.
