FRAGMENTO

Mujer de 44 años de edad. Fumadora de un paquete de cigarrillos diario durante los últimos 20 años.
Inició su padecimiento cuatro años antes del diagnóstico con dolor en piernas que lentamente fue progresando en intensidad, el dolor después abarcó también los brazos.
