FRAGMENTO

Mujer de 61 años con antecedente de enfermedad renal crónica, hospitalizada debido a disnea, edema y alteraciones en el ciclo sueño-vigilia. La paciente estaba en su estado usual de salud hasta un mes antes de su admisión, cuando presentó disnea y edema; acudió a otro hospital donde se diagnosticó insuficiencia cardiaca, recibió tratamiento farmacológico y respondió favorablemente, egresó para continuar su abordaje diagnóstico como paciente externa.
