Tumor de ovario del cordón estromal. Sertoli-Leydig

RESUMEN

El tumor de ovario de células de Sertoli-Leydig, también conocido como androblastoma, es un tumor raro del cordón estromal, constituye 0.2% de las manifestaciones. Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 28 años de edad con un tumor de ovario heterogéneo que fue llevada a laparotomía, encontrándose un tumor de ovario derecho, se realizó estudio transoperatorio, positivo para malignidad. Se le realizó resección y biopsias con reporte patológico de tumor de Sertoli-Leydig; no se completó la rutina y la paciente no se llevó a adyuvancia.
