RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina con trombosis iliofemoral, poplítea y de venas safenas de dos semanas de evolución y flegmasia alba dolens, tratada exitosamente con trombólisis sistémica y control ultrasonográfico. Se justifica la utilidad actual de la estreptocinasa en esta patología y se comentan las dosis sistémicas.
