RESUMEN

Al Director:
Los pacientes con hemopatías malignas, particularmente aquellos con neutropenia, y los sometidos a trasplante de células progenitoras hematopoyéticas (TCH), están en riesgo de adquirir graves infecciones nosocomiales por cocos grampositivos y bacilos gramnegativos.
