FRAGMENTO

La espasticidad es un desorden motor caracterizado por un incremento en reflejos tónicos de estiramiento dependiente de velocidad, con reflejos tendinosos exagerados, resultado de la hiperexcitabilidad del reflejo de estiramiento como un componente del síndrome de neurona motora superior (Lance, 1980).
