RESUMEN

El asma es un problema de salud de gran importancia a nivel mundial. Desgraciadamente, el diagnóstico y manejo del asma son heterogéneos y en muchos casos inadecuados, con la consiguiente disminución en la calidad de vida y aumento en el costo económico, el sufrimiento, así como en la mortalidad. La presente guía pretende proveernos de herramientas diagnóstico-terapéuticas de calidad a fin de enfrentar de manera adecuada este padecimiento.
