FRAGMENTO

La espondilitis anquilosante (EA) es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica con manifestaciones articulares (que afectan sacroiliacas, esqueleto axial y articulaciones periféricas) y extrarticulares, como uveítis anterior, incompetencia aortica, defectos de conducción cardiaca, fibrosis pulmonar, envolvimiento neurológico y amiloidosis renal.
