FRAGMENTO

1. A través del drenaje venoso en el plexo de Batson de la región torácica superior. 2. Como primera causa, dolor intratable, recurrente o que no cede con terapia oncológica; compresión del canal medular con déficit neurológico, inestabilidad mecánica, crecimiento rápido de tumores radiorresistentes, tumor primario desconocido que amerita diagnóstico histopatológico.
