Hemangioma renal. Presentación de caso

RESUMEN

Se expone un nuevo caso de hemangioma renal; este es un tumor benigno del riñón, no muy frecuente, se manifiesta fundamentalmente con hematuria, cuando el mismo se abre a la pelvis renal o a los cálices; su tamaño es variable, el cual puede ser bien pequeño u ocupar gran parte de la glándula. El diagnóstico preoperatorio se produce en raras ocasiones, es el estudio histopatológico el que confirma la entidad.
