RESUMEN
Las lesiones de tendón extensor
ocurren frecuentemente y puede
producir deformidades crónicas y
pérdida de la función a nivel de
mano y dedos. Un conocimiento
profundo de la anatomía del
mecanismo extensor es necesario
para su adecuado manejo.
