RESUMEN
El hemangioma cavernoso testicular es una tumoración vascular testicular benigna poco frecuente. La sintomatología es
muy variable desde asintomático, encontrado como incidental, hasta dolor severo súbito, con aumento de volumen, la
mayoría se llegan a confundir con neoplasias malignas testicular, realizándose orquiectomía radical. El objetivo de esta
revisión es suscitar el conocimiento a través del caso clínico, patogénesis de la enfermedad, características y reporte
histológico.
