Onicomatricoma: reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de un paciente masculino con un padecimiento de dos años de evolución. Se manejó inicialmente como onicomicosis y no tuvo respuesta a tratamiento durante dos años. Al realizar exploración ungueal y estudio histológico encontramos la presencia de esta tumoración poco frecuente en nuestra práctica diaria.
