Pulgar bífido. Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Se reporta el caso de un pulgar bífido como hallazgo incidental en una paciente femenina de 41 años de edad, en la Unidad de Cuidados Intermedios, hospitalizada por cuadro séptico y metástasis cutáneas de un adenocarcinoma mamario, debido a la rareza de esta anomalía congénita del pulgar en el campo dermatológico.
