RESUMEN
La enfermedad de Legg-Calvé-
Perthes se presenta durante
la infancia con secuelas
deformantes a nivel de la cabeza
femoral, cojera y acortamiento
del miembro inferior afectado.
En base a las clasificaciones se
puede llegar al pronóstico.
