RESUMEN

La presencia de trombos móviles en cavidades derechas es infrecuente. Presentamos el caso de un paciente con diagnóstico ecocardiográfico de trombo en tránsito en ventrículo derecho, antes de sufrir un tromboembolismo pulmonar masivo.
