Introducción
La investigación en anestesiología y áreas afines marca una nueva era que busca profundizar el conocimiento acerca de los procesos moleculares que sirven de base para fundamentar el estado actual. Su importancia en la práctica clínica ha intensificado la búsqueda de nuevas formas de proporcionar seguridad, eficacia y confort en los diversos procedimientos anestésicos.
