RESUMEN

Los hemangiomas son tumores benignos de origen vascular cuya presentación en la mama es poco frecuente. Representan menos de 1% de los tumores de la mama, por lo que existen relativamente pocas publicaciones que describan sus características radiológicas. Los hemangiomas en la mama son considerados como de difícil diagnóstico debido a que las características radiológicas no son específicas y es muy importante conocer sus diferentes formas de presentación. El propósito de este trabajo es compartir un caso del Hospital San José de Monterrey con características poco comunes.
