RESUMEN

Lograr la satisfacción estética en la rehabilitación de los dientes anteriores es un constante desafío, por tal motivo se presenta en este reporte el tratamiento de un incisivo superior fracturado en el que se realiza una cirugía mínimamente invasiva mediante una extracción atraumática, la instalación de un implante inmediato postextracción, el contorneado gingival para conservar los tejidos blandos y el perfil de emergencia; así como la instalación de una rehabilitación fija con carga funcional inmediata, lográndose así acortar el tiempo total del tratamiento y a la vez brindar a la paciente la recuperación de la estética, función y confort.
