RESUMEN

Los ganglioneuromas son los tumores benignos, formados por células maduras de la cresta neural, más frecuentes del sistema nervioso simpático en adultos jóvenes. Se presenta el caso de un varón de 25 años con una lesión retroperitoneal extensa y exéresis parcial, con buena evolución durante 6 meses.
