RESUMEN DE HISTORIA CLÍNICA

Recién nacido de cinco días de edad al momento del fallecimiento. Producto de Gesta I; madre de 17 años de edad; control prenatal irregular a partir del cuarto mes, con amenaza de parto pretérmino. Se practicó cesárea por circular de cordón a las 32 semanas de gestación. Respiró y lloró al nacer, Apgar 9 – 9, Capurro 32.5 semanas de gestación; pesó 1,700 g.
