FRAGMENTO

HISTORIA CLÍNICA Hombre de 68 años, con estancia hospitalaria de cinco días, exposición a humo de petróleo y carbón (se ignora el tiempo de exposición). Tabaquismo positivo desde los 20 años hasta dos meses previos a su ingreso, consumía 40 cigarros al día (IT 96 p/a). Alcoholismo desde la misma edad, llegaba a la embriaguez 2 ó 3 veces por semana. Antecedentes heredofamiliares: al parecer sin importancia para el padecimiento actual. Antecedentes personales patológicos: niega antecedentes de importancia.
