RESUMEN

Las dermatosis neutrofílicas constituyen un grupo de dermatosis no infecciosas que presentan en la histología un infiltrado inflamatorio en el que los neutrófilos predominan; asimismo, poseen un amplio espectro de manifestaciones clínicas, enfermedades de base asociadas y una adecuada respuesta al tratamiento con corticosteroides. En esta revisión se hace referencia, en orden de frecuencia, a las principales enfermedades representativas de este grupo.
