RESUMEN

En el presente reporte se describe un caso inusual de trauma bucodental en un niño de 5 años de edad, quién sufrió una herida por incrustación del cepillo dental en la mucosa oral, entre la rama ascendente y el vestíbulo de la mejilla, además del proceso diagnóstico y tratamiento hospitalario, desde su ingreso al área de urgencias, el manejo quirúrgico de la lesión, y el control posoperatorio.
