RESUMEN

La fístula congénita de la glándula parótida fue referida inicialmente por Mason y Chisolm en el libro Patología Oral de Thoma (1970). Existen pocos casos reportados en la literatura que describan la presencia de conductos aberrantes o ectópicos de la glándula parótida. El objetivo del presente artículo es reportar un caso clínico de conducto de Stensen aberrante con orificio cutáneo y el tratamiento quirúrgico realizado.
