RESUMEN
Los tumores de tejidos blandos en los niños pueden ser inflamatorios, reactivos o neoplásicos. Los tumores benignos son más frecuentes en la población pediátrica que en adultos. La presentación de estos tumores generalmente es poco específica y los principios diagnósticos, de exploración física, de imagen y patología ayudan a establecer el diagnóstico.
