Linfoma no Hodgkin primario en la mama: reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Antecedentes: la incidencia del linfoma no Hodgkin de mama es inferior a 0.5%. El diagnóstico preoperatorio es difícil de establecer, puede confundirse con el carcinoma mamario.
Caso clínico: paciente de 52 años de edad con tumoración en la mama izquierda valorada en la mamografía. En las pruebas complementarias se diagnosticó linfoma B folicular de bajo grado. Se realizó ROLL (Radioguided Occult Lesion Localization) mamario y axilar y posteriormente se indicaron radiaciones.
Conclusiones: es una enfermedad muy rara y no se dispone de estudios importantes para establecer el diagnóstico e indicar tratamiento.
