RESUMEN

El uso de los antiinflamatorios no esteroides requiere por parte del médico clínico el conocimiento farmacológico de estos, sus interacciones, seguridad y tolerabilidad sobre todo a nivel gastrointestinal y cardiovascular. Todo esto basado en el uso de biomarcadores, los cuales son influidos por factores genéticos que definirán la farmacocinética y farmacodinamia específicamente en Pediatría. Finalmente de cada uno de ellos se plasman las recomendaciones de las dosis científicamente avaladas con alto perfil de bioseguridad.
