Peritonitis difusa por divertículo de Meckel perforado. Presentación de un caso

RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 6 años, operada en el Hospital General Peltier de la República de Djibouti con el diagnóstico de peritonitis por perforación de un divertículo de Meckel. Se realizó resección del divertículo y lavado de la cavidad. La evolución resultó favorable. Se revisa la literatura y se ofrecen nuestras consideraciones.
