Variabilidad del patrón electrocardiográfico en un paciente con Síndrome de Brugada

RESUMEN
Se trata de paciente masculino de 21 años, que acudió a Emergencias por síncope, con antecedentes de un cuadro similar 9 meses atrás, con ecocardiograma, prueba de esfuerzo y electrocardiogramas (ECGs) normales, en ECGs seriados se detectó variabilidad del patrón tipo 1 típico del síndrome de Brugada, se realizó estimulación eléctrica programada que fue positiva y se implantó un desfibrilador automático (DAI), este caso demuestra la importancia de realizar ECGs seriados cuando se sospecha esa entidad.
