Síndrome de Sézary asociado a Eritrodermia

RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 46 años, con antecedente de liquen plano, que consulta por un cuadro agudo de eritrodermia exfoliativa y adenopatías. Se le realizan estudios de laboratorio y gabinete, documentándose en el frotis de sangre periférica y la citometría de flujo un Síndrome de Sézary.
