FRAGMENTO

Los síndromes microangiopáticos que se observan en el embarazo y puerperio son: Preeclampsia-eclampsia, púrpura trombocitopénica trombótica, síndrome urémico hemolítico, hígado graso agudo y vasculitis del lupus. En todos estos padecimientos, el frotis sanguíneo muestra hemólisis y trombocitopenia.
