Presentación tardía de insuficiencia tricuspídea secundaria a trauma cardiaco contuso

RESUMEN

Las lesiones de la válvula tricúspide secundarias a contusión cardiaca son muy raras. El diagnóstico, en la mayoría de los casos, se establece semanas después del accidente y se caracteriza por disminución de la clase funcional. Informamos sobre un caso de lesión de la válvula tricúspide con presentación tardía; fue operado y tuvo buena evolución.
