RESUMEN

Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en el manejo de 3 pacientes con luxación traumática simultánea coxofemoral en sus variedades asimétrica y posterior, comentando el manejo establecido para cada uno de ellos, las lesiones asociadas así como el seguimiento que actualmente se tiene de ellos.
