Evaluación de la respuesta a la terapia con FDGF18 PET-CT en el linfoma no Hodgkin de células T/NK sinunasal. Revisión a propósito de un caso

RESUMEN

Con este caso se presenta la utilidad del rastreo PET-CT con FDGF18 para determinar la respuesta a la terapia de 6 ciclos de quimioterapia en un paciente masculino de 40 años de edad con linfoma no Hodgkin de células T en cavidad nasal y nasofaringe, a través de estudios PET-CT basal y postratamiento. La evaluación por PET-TC despejó las dudas sobre la extensión de la enfermedad residual, no bien definida por TC. Por otra parte los estudios fueron útiles para estatificar y planear la radioterapia posterior.
