RESUMEN

La Gangrena de Fournier es la diseminación bacteriana en la región perineal y perianal que compromete tejidos profundos y ocurre en individuos que tienen algún estado de inmunomodulación. Tiene una alta tasa de morbimortalidad y el tratamiento oportuno, incide en su pronóstico. Existen pocos casos reportados asociados a perforación rectal por neoplasia maligna. Se describen dos casos de esta entidad en individuos con cáncer rectal. Se describe su evolución y se realiza una breve revisión de la literatura.
