FRAGMENTO

La cirugía bariátrica actualmente se encuentra en desarrollo, existen múltiples centros hospitalarios que actualmente realizan estas cirugías como parte de su programa cotidiano, para el anestesiólogo representan un grupo de pacientes con características muy especiales, con modificaciones anatómicas, fisiológicas, cardiovasculares, respiratorias, metabólicas, farmacocinéticas y farmacodinámicas entre otras.
