RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES

• En general, restringir el tiempo de estancia en la habitación del paciente a lo estrictamente necesario.
• Los esteroides están contraindicados de manera inicial.
• Evitar nebulizaciones en espacios abiertos por el riesgo de producción de aerosoles.
• Si fuera necesario, se recomienda la administración de broncodilatadores en cartucho.
• Se recomienda el uso de puntas nasales, colocando una mascarilla quirúrgica sobre ellas. Si es necesario mascarilla reservorio y ventilación mecánica temprana.
