FRAGMENTO

La cirugía funcaional en neuroanestesia siempre será un tema a considerar teniendo en cuenta todas las posibilidades de variabilidad en el manejo anestésico, desde sólo vigilancia y monitoreo hasta la administración de anestesia general, además implica manejo de la vía aérea bajo condiciones especiales por el uso de cabezal de estereotaxia o intubaciones a medio procedimiento quirúrgico.
