FRAGMENTO

Es bien conocido y tiene carácter actual, que el paciente sometido a procedimientos quirúrgicos desarrolla una serie de cambios tanto locales en el sitio de la incisión como a nivel sistémico, teniendo una base neurológica y dando lugar a una respuesta inflamatoria que tiene relación directa al pronóstico de los pacientes.
