Laryngeal cystic adenoid carcinoma

ABSTRACT

Cystic Adenoid Carcinoma accounts for approximately 1% of the malignant tumors of the head and neck region. Its importance lies in its relentless course with multiple local recurrences and delayed distant metastasis that drastically lower the rates of life at 10 and 15 years. Only 175 cases of Laryngeal Cystic Adenoid Carcinoma have been published until 2015. We present a case in male patient, subglottic localization and cribriform pattern.
