Beliefs and Perception about Happiness and Well-being in Primary Health Care both Chile and Latin America

ABSTRACT
Objetivo: Caracterizar as crenças, percepção e interesse sobre a felicidade de funcionários de equipes de atenção primária
à saúde (APS) no Chile e na América Latina.
Métodos: estudo quantitativo, descritivo, transversal. Amostra de 209
profissionais de saúde primários, identificados por meio do registro comunitário no Chile (n = 36) e por meio das redes
sociais no Chile e na América Latina (n = 61 en = 112). O contato foi feito pessoalmente para o cadastro comunitário e
virtual nas redes sociais. 112 respostas finais foram integradas (taxa de resposta = 54%). Sample of 209 primary health
workers, identified through the community registry in Chile (n = 36) and through social media in Chile and Latin America (n
= 61 and n = 112). Contact was made in person for the communal and virtual registration for social media. 112 final responses
were integrated (response rate = 54%). A análise descritiva (média / proporção) e comparativa (Chi2, Mann-Whitney) da
felicidade foi realizada de acordo com o estado afetivo, o perfil profissional e a estratégia de coleta de informações.
Resultados: Há grande interesse em aplicar práticas de felicidade e bem-estar em nível clínico, tanto para usuários quanto
para funcionários. No entanto, é relatada uma baixa aplicação clínica, apesar de 96,4% considerarem que influencia a saúde.
Aqueles com maiores estados afetivos positivos mostram maior interesse em desenvolver práticas e estimam um maior efeito
na empatia e criatividade. Não houve diferenças
significativas nos resultados de acordo com a estratégia de coleta de informações.
Conclusões: O alto interesse e as crenças
alinhadas com as evidências mostram um contexto favorável para a implementação de práticas de felicidade e bem-estar na
APS.
