ABSTRACT

Pyoderma gangrenosum is a neutrophilic dermatosis presented as acute painful ulcers with ragged undermined edges and peripheral edema. The bullous variant is characterized by a rapid evolution, its clinical presentation is of a painful vesicle or bulla that progress to an erosion or ulceration, it predominates in the face, neck and upper extremities. We report the clinical course with photographic evidence of a case, with no association to hematological neoplasia or autoinmune disease.
