pulmonary artery branch anomaly.

ABSTRACT

We present the clinical case of a newborn with dysmorfic syndrome and cardiovascular malformation due to ductal origin of the left branch of the pulmonary artery nomination that is deduced in the angiography study by the vascular sequence image in the left aortic arch. The echocardiogram study is the non-invasive method that first allows us to establish the diagnosis and the angiography study confirms and specifies anatomical details of interest in its comprehensive evaluation. According to the medical literature as this vascular anomaly is extremely rare and that the medical reports of clinical cases with this pathologyare presented mostly as isolated cases, we consider their publication of interest.
