ABSTRACT

A Teacher is the one who teaches, as several authors have expressed. Dr. Ramón Syr Salas Perea was considered an outstanding teacher who contributed to the development of health professionals since he guided, advised, and encouraged the teachers’ behavior in the health sector and made them realize the importance of the search for knowledge.
When the work of life has been well fulfilled, memories and teaching actions will ever remain in the memory of those who have been educated. This is the case of the fruitful and hard-working labor carried out by the university teacher Dr. Ramón Syr Salas Perea during all his life, as well as his contributions in the training of human resources in the health sector.
