ABSTRACT

Paulina is an 18 year old domestic from the area of Benito Juárez, municipality of Nochixtlán, Oaxaca who has been working for 8 months in Colonia del Valle, Mexico City. For the past 5 months, Paulina had been suffering frequent cough attacks with mucus, phlegm and blood; fever, paleness and loss of weight. This prompted her employer to take Paulina to the Health Center.
