ABSTRACT
We present the clinical cases of two patients with rheumatic cardiopaty history and four valvular damage. The first case, woman 38 years old with three mechanic valvular prosthesis and echocardiographic diagnosis of pulmonary valve rheumatic lesion. The second case woman with two mechanic prosthesis and tricuspid lesion repared with Vega’s anuloplasty and echocardiographic finding of pulmonary valve lesion didn’t refereed. The authors discuss the exceptional report of pulmonary valve lesion of rheumatic origin and the importance of echocardiographic advances for the noncruent diagnosis.
